ABOUT US
Mason Jar Creations was started in 2013 when we were just friends who were teaching first grade in the same school. We had been discussing how much excess fruit we had from our backyard trees and decided to get together to do some canning. We struggled to make our first batch of pomegranate jelly, but it tasted great and everyone who received it as gifts that year was begging for more. We now have more than 20 different flavors of jams, jellies, and marmalades. All of the fruit we use is Organic and locally sourced from right here in Southern California and because of that most of our flavors are seasonal. What does that mean? Well, if you love a certain flavor, than you need to buy it when its on the shelf and stock up. It will last on your shelf but not on ours! Enjoy!
